Although he had a microchip, his previous owner gave up on him. He was found paralyzed and in severe pain due to a broken and misaligned bone fragment. He underwent spinal surgery, so he will never be able to walk again, but at least he is now free from pain. Bobby moves around using a wheelchair and requires diapers, though he can urinate and defecate on his own. He enjoys car rides, moves skillfully with his wheelchair, and gets along well with other dogs and cats. He is very people-oriented, affectionate, and loves being close to his human. He is looking for an owner with time and patience, as caring for a mobility-impaired dog can be challenging. With the right family, Bobby can be a loving and grateful companion.
